HOW THE CONDOMINIUM WORKS.
As an owner you have to pay a monthly condominium fees to cover the maintenance of the common areas as well as the services you receive in them. This quota does not include meals and beverages at the bars, cafeteria and restaurants neither services nor products at the beauty parlor, spa, stores and the internal electricity consumption of your condo. In order to access and to consume at the restaurants and bars you must pre-pay an all-inclusive charge of US$32.00 per person per day or pay your consumptions “ a la carte” in the restaurants or bars. You will have to wear or carry a special ID.
You may wish to put permanently or for long periods your condo within the rental-pool of the hotel and the hotel administration may accept it depending in the hotel’s forecast for rooms needs. You also have the option to rent it yourself or through a real estate agent. Guests must comply with all the rules for owners and the hotel’s guests.
The Condominium is ruled by the yearly General Assembly, which appoints a Board of Directors whose performance is based in the Condominium’s constitution, statutes, the assemblies’ resolutions and the agreement with the hotel Operator.
